America Work Visa, Inc. (AWV). Founded and staffed by experienced immigration attorneys who have qualified overseas clients that wish to work and live in the U.S. AWV through their international representatives recruit workers from Asia, Eastern Europe, Jamaica and Latin America.
Skilled Workers. Difficult to fill, high turnover positions are perfect for the AWV Staffing Program. Workers will meet the job requirements of the position and have the necessary skills and practical experience.
Absolutely no cost to the Business. Complete recruitment, placement and immigration services are provided at no cost to your Business.
No risk or obligation to the Business. Workers are employed on an "at will" basis in accordance with your standard business policies.
Experience. AWV and affiliates have over ten years of experience in the placement of thousands of Workers in many occupational positions.
Focus. Specific staffing positions have been the focus, which includes: construction, maintenance, food service and the hospitality industries.
Immigration Attorneys. Processing of all employment-based applications through the Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is accomplished by experienced immigration attorneys.
Visa. Each year 66,000 work-related visas are issued to applicants seeking temporary work authorization [H2B Visa]. Businesses in all industries, with a demand for all levels of skill and experience, sponsor immigrants for temporary employment. The Business will need to demonstrate a season, peak load, and/or one time need to satisfy the requirements of the H2B Visa.
Pre-Screened. All Workers are carefully pre-screened for experience, skills, personal character and education by representatives of AWV and the Overseas Consular Office.

No employment contract. Workers must satisfy and comply with the requirements of the Business and the Department of Labor regulations. The Business can terminate Worker in accordance with the existing policies of the Business.
Wages and Benefits. Standard Business employment policies, wages and benefits apply.
Workers are skilled, reliable, hardworking and drug free.
Experienced Workers. The amount of education and experience of the worker is matched to the job requirements of the Business and the Department of Labor regulations.
Workers speak English. The amount of English fluency shall satisfy the job needs.
Overseas Representatives of AWV and the U.S. Government carefully screen workers.
Work Authorization. The Worker receives temporary work authorization with the H2B Visa.
