  • Yes; please provide (2) forms of ID to provide proof of identity and work eligibility. They are required in order to complete hiring paperwork.
  • Additionally, certain positions may require a resume, certifications and/or references.

Once you’ve successfully applied and your profile matches a job opening, a Clark Personnel staffing specialist may reach out to you via email or phone. At that point, you may be screened and interviewed to better determine your skills and work experience, earning needs, and schedule availability, as well as, discuss available employment opportunities in your area.

Prior to accepting an assignment, you will be required to complete various onboarding and compliance documents.  Once you have accepted the assignment, you are required to report to your assignment scheduled.  If you are going to be late or need to report an absence, please contact our on call number 251-401-3446 as early as possible.  We also ask you to notify your on site supervisor at our Client Company as well.

We provide customizable staffing solutions for your staffing needs.  Our services cover a wide range of employment related services including temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire placements, recruiting and onboarding, and human resource consulting.

Yes! Once you have placed an active order with us, we will immediately begin the screening and vetting process to match candidates to your needs.  If you elect to interview, we will send you resumes and summaries of the most qualified candidates for your review. 

Included in our bill rates are all payroll burden for the employee (Social Security, State and Federal Unemployment taxes, Workers’ Compensation and Liability Insurance and the employee’s wages).  It also covers recruiting costs, drug screening, criminal background checks, work reference checks, motor vehicle records, payroll processing and payroll tax deposits.

That’s awesome news! Our goal is to provide you with employees you never want to see go! We have several options to choose from including Direct Hire and Early Buy Out for Temp to Hire.  Contact your Clark Personnel representative at 251-471-6777 to decide which option works best for you.

While we strive to achieve the highest in customer service and satisfaction in all our placements, we understand that there will be an occasion where this may happen.  If you are not 100% satisfied with our employee, please contact your staffing specialist and we will arrange for a replacement immediately.
