Once you’ve successfully applied and your profile matches a job opening, a Clark Personnel staffing specialist may reach out to you via email or phone. At that point, you may be screened and interviewed to better determine your skills and work experience, earning needs, and schedule availability, as well as, discuss available employment opportunities in your area.
Prior to accepting an assignment, you will be required to complete various onboarding and compliance documents. Once you have accepted the assignment, you are required to report to your assignment scheduled. If you are going to be late or need to report an absence, please contact our on call number 251-401-3446 as early as possible. We also ask you to notify your on site supervisor at our Client Company as well.

Yes! Once you have placed an active order with us, we will immediately begin the screening and vetting process to match candidates to your needs. If you elect to interview, we will send you resumes and summaries of the most qualified candidates for your review.
Included in our bill rates are all payroll burden for the employee (Social Security, State and Federal Unemployment taxes, Workers’ Compensation and Liability Insurance and the employee’s wages). It also covers recruiting costs, drug screening, criminal background checks, work reference checks, motor vehicle records, payroll processing and payroll tax deposits.
