For customers

The sooner we know your plans, the fewer surprises for your team and ours, both before the storm and at reopening.

Tell us your site plans

Let us know if your facility will stay open, run a modified schedule, or close, and when you expect to reopen. Include how workers should confirm reopening and who they should notify if they can’t make a shift.

We pass every change directly to the workers assigned to your site, so no one reports to a closed facility.

Approve timesheets early

Approving this week’s timesheets ahead of the normal deadline keeps payroll on schedule if power or internet goes down, so workers on your site are paid on time.

Workforce availability

After the storm, we check in with every worker and confirm availability with your site contact before reopening. Worksite status changes are posted at the top of this page.

Request post-storm coverage

Need workers to cover gaps, extra shifts, or cleanup and recovery work after the storm? Send a request and your Clark Personnel contact will follow up.
